Curious how your most valuable subscribers found you? Now you can trace each person's path to your list directly from their subscriber profile page. When you add tracking parameters to your links, such as referral source and UTM tags, you'll see detailed attribution data that reveals their discovery story.

This new attribution data on each subscriber’s profile page includes:

  • Referrer: the page a subscriber visited before reaching your form or landing page (e.g., websites like www.facebook.com/?somequery=AB... Source: the specific source driving traffic (e.g., Facebook, newsletter_name)
  • UTM Medium: the type of traffic (e.g., paid_social, email)
  • UTM Campaign: tracks specific campaigns or promotions (e.g., black_friday_2024)
  • UTM Term: used for paid search keywords (e.g., running+shoes)
  • UTM Content: differentiates ads or links for testing and targeting (e.g., get_10%_off)

To view this data, visit any subscriber’s profile and find the new "Attribution" section on the left-hand side.

Don't have link tracking yet? You can automatically append UTM parameters to all your email links through your Email Settings page to help you save time and better track your email performance.
